Returns & Exchanges

At Desky, we want you to love your ergonomic workspace. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components back into their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
